Return Policy You may return any furniture within 14 days of receiving the Order if the item was ready made. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have customized to your specifications. All returns for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater. If you wish to make a return, please Text your request to 951-818-2203. How to Return Artwork Here is the simple process for returning an item: 1. Contact us by Texting 951-818-2203 to obtain return instructions.  2. If the item arrived to you via UPS, we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label. If the item arrived to you via a freight carrier, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.  3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Arabic Jalsa will pay the return-shipping costs. Refunds You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. Furniture Damaged in Transit Please inspect your furniture when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit do not return it. Just receive it and note the damage on the receiving documents and send us image of it with pictures of the damage items and we will send you replacements of any damage item. Cancellations Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be canceled prior to shipping the order. or call us at 951-268-7799 to cancel an order.
